We have a standard 2-car garage that you are welcome to use as well as 2 spots on the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking. The keycode to the garage will be provided upon booking.

Early check-in and late check-out available for an extra fee. Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

Cedar Park is central to many shops, restaurants, parks, movie theaters and other things to do. Check out the HEB Center to catch a hockey game or shop at your favorite stores and eat at great restaurants at The Domain. Play golf at Avery Ranch or head to Lake Travis for The Oasis, Zipline Adventures or boating.

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security camera on the front door of the home.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Seattle to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

PETS:
There are no pets allowed at the house. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there were pets were in the home during your reservation period.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
