The Villa is located in Tobyhanna PA, which is on Poconos mountain, less than 2 hours away from New York City. The Pocono Mountains offer four seasons of endless fun and a tremendous variety of diversions for the whole family.

Make sure to visit Tobyhanna State Park, which encompasses 5,440 acres including the 170-acre Tobyhanna Lake. This park is open 365 days a year from sun up to sun down. The park is a hub for recreational activities like camping, picnicking, hiking, swimming, wildlife watching, hunting, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and ice fishing. There are around 300 picnic tables and picnic pavilions in the park.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Tobyhanna to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
