Notes
- There is a drop off behind our property. A fence is in place to provide safety. Please watch small children, do not allow them to be unsupervised near fence.
- There are two gates in the fence that allow access behind the fence.
- The staircase in the house is steep.
- The first level of the property is ADA-compliant and fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests with mobility needs.
- There is an electric vehicle (EV) charger available in the garage.
If you need to pick up any last-minute items, Shop ‘n Cart is conveniently located just 6 minutes away for easy access to groceries and supplies.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. At the owner's request, please do not wear shoes inside the house. You may plan ahead and bring slippers for your comfort. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

PARKING:
You can park in the driveway or the right garage bay. There are two spaces available in the driveway, and an additional spot on the sand next to the driveway if needed. Please do not block the sidewalk. Street parking is not permitted except for designated visitor spots located on the shoulder of the street. These are the only areas where street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.

> No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, we enforce a strict no-party policy.
> Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests and neighbors.
> No Pets: We love pets, but to maintain the home's pristine condition, we do not allow pets.
> No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the home.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
