Positive: Great location in the middle of everything you might want to do. Parking garage was free and across the street. Very rustic vibe and very spacious. Check-in process was simple and on the phone. Staff that we did run into at the bar were incredibly friendly. Fun to enter its own speakeasy. Negative: Our room was over the bar and so it was pretty noisy until the bar closed. Fine if you are out all night enjoying the sights and sounds but not when you are in the room trying to relax. Also a earlier check-out time than most places so be prepared in your plans for that.

Positive: You really cannot beat this location. Center City is unbelievably dense with world class eateries, nightlife, culture, green space, and HISTORY. One Sky Loft is surrounded by public transportation options. It's only a few blocks from the subway and buses stop right outside the property. Getting around the city is a breeze. As for the interior, everything inside is sleek and modern. The water pressure in the shower is something out of a five-star spa experience! The bed was comfy and the ambient temperature was easy to control. I read a few reviews suggesting they beef up the internet and add an iron. It seems those issues have since been addressed. Communication with the team is prompt and getting in and out of the building is straightforward. The design of the apartment is functional and lovely; I may steal a few ideas for my own home. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. It's not every property you leave thinking, mannn… I could live here. Negative: I used to live directly across from Penn Hospital, so I'm used to the noise of ambulances and what not. But man, on the second floor you are really in it. Some better soundproofing on the windows would make for a more comfortable experience. That "loft" window or whatever in the bedroom is totally aesthetic and not functional. A solid wall would help close off some of the noise while you are trying to sleep. Maybe even some plexiglass to let in light but not feel like people on the street are inside your apartment lol I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with this design aspect. It looks nice until you're woken up with a political protest that sounds like it's coming from your living room. Also, please get a real sign for the front door and add yourselves to google maps. Had me suspicious at first…

Positive: Very well situated, close to Independence hall. The apartment is new and comfortable. However if you are more than 3 , which was our case, there is no comforter for the couch but only a thin throw.

Great location, building is unique and decorations are inviting. Great bathroom towels! It is a little noisy because it’s downtown but we love the location.

This rental is in a perfect location for visiting Seattle. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and on a quiet street. We especially loved the nearby coffee shop. Check-in was a breeze. The house is large with a great layout, yard, and deck, and even with a little bit of a view. It’s also close to highways that get you downtown in minutes. There are a couple of things that future guests should know, however. If you want to use the kitchen, know that there are no seasonings (even S/P – though we bought and left some). There were no coffee filters (we bought and left some). Also, the kitchen faucet is touch-sensitive and may shut off if accidentally touched after on. Having said all that, the positives far out-weigh the negatives, and we’d gladly stay there again.

Great location, centrally located. Only negative was Hot water was tough if everyone wanted to take a shower. When heavy use, the hot water didn’t last.

Such a cute hotel in a historic downtown Frankfort. The property featured modern touches to an old industrial building. The speak easy was a great touch and a cool bar to have a cocktail in or sip some of Kentuckys finest bourbons.

The house is very roomy and comfortable. Great coffeehouse around the corner. Good restaurants nearby on Fremont Avenue as well as several others within a five minute drive.Easy drive to the city center. The home is well-furnished and has good quality linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms. This would be a great house for a long stay. Thanks to the Recreation team for their support.

This is a great spot just outside of the town Sedro Woolley, it’s about 20 minutes off interstate I-5. We comfortable slept a large group and there is plenty of space for air mattresses. The layout of the house makes it feel like an upscale lodge resort. The property itself it’s secluded and a bit off the beaten trail. There is a pond and view from the front porch. The kitchen is capable of hosting large groups and is easily cleaned. I will be renting again!

Very nice room in a cool boutique hotel type setting. we enjoyed our stay and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bar and speakeasy that is downstairs is definitely worth going to. The only thing that was a little negative for me was that you could here people walking around in the room above you because the floors are very old and creaky. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We loved our stay at the St Clair. The location can’t get any better. The building has lots of character and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to several local restaurants and our son especially liked the ice cream shop on the corner. We will be back!
