Positive: So comfortable, great walk and breathtaking view! Rooms were great, the house is lovely. Negative: A few more kitchen towels and a couple small (dish cloth)size towels would be handy! 😉

I had Such a wonderful stay here! Quiet, conveniently located 2 blocks from a key bus line for getting to the UW campus. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bed linens.

Loved this location, the home was wonderful, very comfortable and great for our small family plus friend and dog. The home is nicely appointed, and feels very pri ate and relaxing on a large lot with beautiful view and nice amenities. My one and only.complaint was that the management company handling this property makes you go to an off-platform website and put in lots of additional information Not required by airbnb itself. Had to upload a copy of my DL, provide names and birthdays and email addresses of each of my guests. Additional agreements to sign etc. It felt invasive. No mention of this requirement in listing. I nearly tried to back out of the reservation due to it feeling like an absolute invasion. Was already outside cancelation window though, so decided to go through with it. Ultimately, we had a very nice stay, and it was a great deal at the time we booked it. Would absolutely stay again.

Positive: The property was cute and very clean and the outside patio looks wonderful when it isn’t raining. Negative: This is not a negative review just an observation! The beds are low to the ground, Scandinavian style, which are difficult for elderly people to get down in. It just might be good to mention this for people who may be handicapped. We so enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place, very quiet and a great fenced yard for our dog. Kitchen was really nice, well supplied and nice appliances. Clean and great bathroom, neat shower! We will definitely want to stay there again. Beautiful view to the water down the street, very walkable and a neat coffee shop nearby.

Positive: The room was immaculate and cozy. It didnt have the musty smell most hotel rooms have. We felt very safe as we needed a code for the front door and elevator. We didnt hear any of the people around us while in our room. It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed the room, and would absolutely book again. Negative: We didnt have any negative feedback

This beautifully designed home feels more like a lovely guesthouse than a typical Airbnb. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. We felt so at home here! The bedrooms have comfy king-sized beds, ample closets/dressers, air purifiers, and views of either the Sound or the spacious backyard. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and it was a highlight of every day to sit down for meals in front of that beautiful view of Puget Sound. Great coffee & breakfast are within walking distance at the Birdhouse, and a short drive takes you to the Vashon ferry, Lincoln park, & a little further on, to Alki Beach. Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s (not to mention Safeway, etc.) are a few minutes away. Downtown Seattle is a nice 20-30 minute drive. And if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll catch sight of the hummingbird that visits the tree in the front yard around 8:30 every morning. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. It was very functional for us since we were visiting family in the North Beach neighborhood (not a central location in Seattle, therefore somewhat overpriced). We enjoyed the nice internal space, heated bathroom floors, and outside deck overlooking the ravene. Communication was effecive and helpful. Thank you!

This is a great place!

Did a weekend getaway with a group of friends and it was great! The house is huge and has plenty of space to spread out or gather as a group. It was nice having space outside for yards games and a fire. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking which was great as we ate in for all meals. We’d definitely stay again!

This apartment was so much closer to historical Philadelphia than I realized! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for something nice so close to everything! Public parking is expensive (out of the host’s control,. Just be forewarned) I recommend this place highly!

This was an amazing place. It overlooked the valley on several acres of land. There were wildlife walking through the front yard. Beautiful surroundings, very well stocked everything working. We will definitely be back.

Positive: I like it was close to shopping centers, very easy to get around without taking the bus everywhere. Negative: So two cons was for the bathroom design. 1. There is no shower door just half glass wall so shower does hit a bit of the side of the wall. 2. No counter space at sink or drawer under the sink. Could have put in a small tray in the bathroom for bathroom accessories for travelers.
