After reserving, the managed host asked us for extra verification. Halfway through I reached out and was happy I did not have to continue on the site external to Airbnb. This would’ve been a deterrent, but I’m so happy we continued and enjoyed this place very much. The host was very friendly and responsive in helping us get the access code and welcoming guidebook.
After our late night, flexible arrival, we immensely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, a great bed, a great shower. There is some street noise, but the mostly enclosed bedroom helped for a comfortable rest.
The kitchen had what we needed, but would’ve been great to have salt/pepper, and vinegar/oil to make it more usable. Tea would’ve been a nice addition, but the coffee was great!
We bought milk at the downstairs market, so we had it for morning coffee. The location was great, allowing us to walk to many sites, nearby restaurants, hop on/off bus. We highly recommend this location and would return!
The location, a short walk down the road from the beach at the end of a cul-de-sac was great for our group family stay. The layout of the house shared spaces is open, big enough to accommodate a larger group, and comfortable to spend time together in. The host was responsive when a few things were amiss upon our arrival and we were able to resolve it within a day. The game room was fun with kids and a group.

My wife, my mother and I were visiting my son who stays in Belltown, but he insisted it would be better to take up accomodation in Queen Anne. He was right: it is a quiet neighbourhood, this location being in Lower Queen Anne meant it was walkable for my aged mother whereas at the same time, my wife and I undertook many long walks to the higher areas which are beautiful and have great views (eg Kerry Park), and grocery and some restaurant options were just a few minutes away (Tip: we liked Metropolitan better than QFC for grocery, and enjoyed the coffee at Hagen and drinks at Mecnamins). SLU and Downtown were convenient Uber rides away when we didn’t wish to walk.
Facilities inside the house were perfect for us!! A TV lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen on the first level were great for us to spend our time in. 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with their own bathrooms were comfortable and wardrobes made it convenient to manage our stuff. The adjustable-height work desk and the third bathroom in the lower level came as a bonus and allowed me to work on my laptop comfortably! The deck on the terrace was very nice to catch some sun and views.

There was nothing unlikeable! Still mentioning a minor issue I encountered:
I missed their email containing check-in instructions as it was delivered during our long journey from India, and when I tried to search for it on my phone I couldn’t locate it as it came from a different address and with a different subject line than the other communications which came via booking.com. That had me reaching out to the management at 9PM and after a few tries, I got their response to help me open the door. My fault too, but I also suggested to the management that the email could be better marked for situations like mine where it lay buried between many other missed mails during my journey.
We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone looking to explore West Seattle. The location really can’t be beat — easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and coffee, while also being very convenient for getting around Seattle by car.
The home itself is cute, comfortable, and especially dog-friendly, which made our stay much more relaxing. We appreciated not having to worry about every little thing while traveling with our pup. The backyard and deck were a lovely bonus, with a nice spot to relax and even a bit of a water view!
The layout of the rooms is a little unique, but it worked very well for us. Most of all, the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which always makes a huge difference. Overall, a really enjoyable home base for spending time in West Seattle.
For someone that’s not a regular visitor of philly, the stay is as described and the pictures are right on the money. The stay gives a home touch and walking distance from decent eats. A couple of things that sort of drove down my morality was the lack of circulation of air for the two floors, fan in the master bedroom, lack of furniture for clothing in the master bedroom, bedroom closet door stuck, other than those things that can easily be taken care of by the host the bed was soft and comfortable and the stay was spacious and I would book again in the future
