Recreation is awesome to work with and we would book with them again. They were communicating before, during and after our stay. We really appreciated the prompt response to any questions we had. The house is wonderful! The kitchen is just the right size and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and spotless throughout the house including the floors, counters, bathrooms and all of the beds. Love the location it's walking distance to breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and trails. After exploring the area, the deck and fully fenced yard were great to hang out at and wave at the friendly neighbors. We would book this place again and hope to be back in the near future.

Our stay at St. Claire was excellent. This was a hub for a few of us to run around on the bourbon trail, and it couldn't have been much better. Frankfort was a great place to be, with easy access to distilleries in the area. Access to the speakeasy downstairs exceeded our expectations, was a super cool spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were some of the most comfortable in any AirBnB I've stayed in. Communication from management leading up to and during our stay was excellent. 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for something in Frankfort. Cheers!

Had a wonderful stay at St Clair for my bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect spot for exploring downtown. There were a lot of cute shops and restaurants nearby! The tavern under the hotel was a great vibe and the bartender, Sheree was delightful & kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. One downfall is the parking garage is across the street, so pack light so you don’t have to make multiple trips! There is some parking out front but it was blocked off upon our arrival for a downtown block party! This was fun to explore as well.

My stay in Seattle was truly beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable, and both the amenities and location were ideal—everything you’d want for a relaxing visit. The only small challenge was the driveway—it’s a bit tight and steep for a larger car, which felt a little intimidating at first. Fortunately, parking at the top of the driveway solved the issue easily and made coming and going much more manageable. While the check-in process was smooth overall, the check-in time was on the later side compared to most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and the check-out was a bit early. When traveling, you naturally hope for a little flexibility with arrival and departure, especially after a long journey. It’s a small detail, but when a property is managed by a larger operation rather than a private host, you can feel that difference. That said, the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful—they even assisted in locating an item I accidentally left behind. I’d definitely recommend

This home was so comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming! Our stay was magical… beautiful country landscapes, quiet, lovely sunsets over the pastures and pond outside the large front windows. The home itself was very clean and bright, with the bedrooms and accompanying baths spread out throughout the two stories. Our family of eight had enough room to gather for fun, also to settle in for some quiet time if desired. Recreation is TRULY the best host I have encountered. They had the perfect blend of proactive communication, and respect for our family time. They were personable and interactive, and responded quickly to the few times we had questions or needed clarifications. It may sound silly, but it felt like we were interacting with friends! Staying at this home was a wonderful touch of country life (but only 10 minutes from town). Our family will remember our visit fondly, and we hope to return in the near future to enjoy the autumn leaves. A wonderful place to stay!

The St. Clair must be the best spot to stay and fully enjoy downtown and surrounding Frankfort. You will be directly part of the town but able to disappear upstairs and enjoy your respite. The rooms are comfortable and the quality beds specifically will help you recharge. You will have all the appliances you need to feel like you are at home while stepping out to experience fantastic dining from coffee to fine Italian cuisine. The staff was prompt to communicate when we needed information. You will be able to get in and check out without any formal process. We found this gem and expect to return when we are back this way. If this place is open and you are passing through, you need to book it and experience the vibes.

Our family loved our stay at the St Clair. The two bedroom suite set up was perfect and had nice space the entire family. The hotel had an attached lounge/restaurant with a cool speakeasy set up that was fun to check out. The host is very responsive and got back to us within minutes when we had questions. Conveniently located near Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key and Woodford if checking out Bourbon Trail. Less than an hour from Louisville with lots to do for kids and adults. We had a blast in Kentucky and St Clair was a great spot to spend our vacation. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Felt like a home and not a rental - tons of amenities, fully (extra) furnished, and comfortable. Tons of space and perfect for a family with kids (including books, games, toys inside and outside, little nooks, blankets, etc) It was awesome to have a fully stocked kitchen, backyard and patio with a grill, laundry downstairs, fast wifi, a desk space, and AC (which is not always common in Seattle) Location is prime for getting around Fremont, Ballard, Wallingford, Lake Union, etc. Parking was easy (typically within a block of the house) and the neighborhood is quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores but you’ll get your heart rate up as it’s on a steep hill (which makes for amazing views! Hot tip - walk a block or so north and find the “common chairs” to watch the epic sunsets!) Host is proactive with communication and super responsive. It’s a bit pricey compared to other units but it was totally worth it. 5 stars and would stay again

Positive: Everything was fresh and clean, and all the appliances were flawless. Great shower. Loved the fact that you had a diaper genie and a changing table even though WE didn't need it. Great access to Ballard, Greenwood, Woodland Park Zoo. Negative: The little deck/patio in the small backyard felt a little too confining due to the grass being a bit overgrown. We had a disconnect on getting the entry code in advance, but the booking entity was available by phone and got it taken care of in seconds.

Overall pleasant. Luxury and Beach in the title are stretched opinions unfortunately. There needs significant updates for the furniture inside and out to gain the nomenclature. A few things would’ve been gracious heads up before booking, no cushions on the porch furniture (meant to have cushions) made it tough to really soak in the purpose for being here - relax outside staring at the water / Mountain View, the driveway is tough if not backing down, the neighbors are close and one has young kids and a playground where they practice screaming. Besides the remarks, the MCM home combined with breath taking views, watching Deer pass through, eagles fish, and birds sing make this a great spot within 15 min to my favorite waterside town in WA, Langley.

There was covered parking right across the street that was included in the fee. The room and linens were clean and the space was comfortable. We have already decided to book a room at the St. Clair on our next visit to Frankfort. Negative: The A/C (minisplit) didn’t cool the room down as much as we would have liked. A fan to circulate the air would have been nice.

The room itself was great-old brick walls, funky fixtures and a view to an old-school theatre/marquee across the St. Even got a text while there asking if our car was the one with keys left in it in the garage-soo personal! Negative: The 'speakeasy' access downstairs was cool but prices were outrageous and we were never given a menu/price list - just a recommendation. Ask for menu card before ordering.

We absolutely loved our stay here—such a wonderful place for a family! Our daughter was completely enchanted by the tree house, which added a magical touch to the whole experience. As expected with outdoor spaces, there was a bit of dust, but nothing that took away from the charm. The only thing to note is that the parking area can be a little tricky, especially if you’re arriving with two vehicles. We brought a Kia Sportage Plug-in Hybrid and a Honda Accord. Since the charging port is on the passenger side, it was a bit challenging to plug in and still have space to get out of the car. We made it work, though—just a heads-up for anyone in a similar situation. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute boutique hotel. The location is right in the heart of the downtown area and very walkable to restaurants, shops, bars, museums and the Capitol building. You can’t beat the location of this place! We went on a couples trip to the bourbon trail and wanted to stay somewhere with a lot to do after we visited the distilleries. We were able to visit tons of distilleries within a 25 minute drive and everything in Frankfort is very walkable from the Airbnb! Incredibly convenient place and I highly recommend it!

10 of us stayed at the house for my son's wedding and it was very comfortable - plenty of room. The house is very private and the gardens are gorgeous. You can stroll along the grounds and even visit some chickens. It rained every day but our last afternoon, but on that sunny day, we all gathered outside and it was lovely. What I loved the most about the house was the huge amount of space. Even though there were 10 of us, we all had so much space, you felt like you could 'get away' if needed. Having two kitchens, especially two fridges was great! The review states there are no spices, which I was worried about, but there were all sorts of spices, including coffee, tea, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked. The karaoke machine was challenging to get going and it seems to be only in Chinese (this was probably a benefit for the whole group ;) There was no iron but when I mentioned that, one was delivered. They really need to hang secure curtains in the master bathroom, behind the tub.

The views were great, the beds were comfy, the street was quiet, and it’s just a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. We stayed here for about 10 days and it was a beautiful stay. We have 3 kids 3 and under and they absolutely loved being able to get outside and play and watch the creek. they also Loved playing upstairs in the loft. it was a great stay and felt right at home.

We loved our stay at the St. Clair in Frankfort! The host was extremely responsive and the check-in and parking instructions were clear and concise. Our room contained everything we needed and was very quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the local distilleries and just walking around town. We loved the charm of the building and the décor fit perfectly. We are already planning a return trip next year!

Had a great stay! We were visiting for the bourbon trail and really enjoyed the location here. There were plenty of bars and restaurants that were within walking distance. The host was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Positive: Views, well equipped, peaceful, comfy beds, big kitchen, no tv (excellent!), good WiFi. The eagles were active. Negative: The kitchen sink had a sensor that we couldn’t figure out. We couldn’t get water to run.

Clean nice place, exactly what i was looking for. However I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with sleeping issues as the walls are very thin and neighbors were loud.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Eugene. It is right downtown and easy access to the local area. We like the private rooms, it feels like one big dorm, as opposed to private rooms in a hosts house. The only issue is it can be hard to find parking.

Positive: We love the location. Beautiful area. Many things to do within walking distance. Several restaurants, bakeries and bourbon bars. The distilleries are very close as well. The St Clair itself is very comfortable and quiet. The Howser on the ground floor is the best bourbon bar in the area. Patci and crew took care of us every night after our adventures. This was our second trip to the St Clair and we are planning our third already. Negative: The only thing that we didn't like was our unit didn't have a toaster. Only a slight inconvenience.

Everything was as promised.. Checking was easy. Room was great. Well stocked with coffee etc.. :) I was there for a wedding but had time to explore as well. Will stay again for sure the next time I'm in Frankfort.
