Terms of Service
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

>> You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
>> You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

This property is self-check-in and the lock is opened via a keypad on the front door. We'll send your door access code and check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival.

For your convenience, each room is equipped with a secure door code system, ensuring privacy and security during your stay. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, everything you need is just a step away.

OCCUPANCY:
This suite accommodates 4 overnight guests.

PARKING:
There is no parking at the property. We highly suggest using a ride share app to get to and from the hotel. If you do bring a vehicle, there is paid, public parking located one block away at SP+ Parking, 800 Chestnut St.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Philadelphia to have a good time, but out of respect to the other guests and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
