Positive: The location was perfect,so close to everything.barely had to drive anywhere. The room was clean updated and spacious.it was so much better than a hotel room. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was parking. But it’s in the heart of the city so that was to be expected. It’s nothing the property can control. They have reserved spots in the parking garage across the street so it’s not bad.

King Room

Positive: Location is excellent - walk to restaurants and shops. Parking is safe and convenient. Negative: Area was quite noisy at night and a herd of elephants must have been in the room above us - could hear every step and floor creak.

This apartment is in a great spot in town with very easy access to so much that Philly has to offer. we never felt unsafe and walked everywhere. The unit is very safe and also looks exactly as pictured and as described. Super easy checking and checkout and proactive communication from the management team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay! The staff were fantastic, and the house was absolutely pristine. We settled in quickly and felt right at home. The complimentary water bottles and snacks were a thoughtful touch that made an already wonderful experience even better. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in concrete, it was a pretty easy drive to Cascade national Park. We stopped at some really fun restaurants on the way there and back. The house was so magical and had so much character to it. The house in autumn is a perfect mixture ofautumn time and warm and cozy. I would definitely come back here and stay.

Modern Craftsman Near River | Views + Fireplace

Great location in lower queen anne, 5 minutes walk to grocery store and very close to Seattle center too. Nice and clean place, exactly as described. It was pretty cold during our stay so didn't make full use of the deck but the night view of space needle is great. Most of the time (except for one night when we came back really late) we managed to find a parking spot nearby since parking nearby required a permit and the host provided a permit to us. The host was very responsive too. Overall very good experience!

Positive: The location was great and the free parking across the street was really handy. The space is really attractive with high ceilings and great natural light. Instructions were super clear for check in and check out. Negative: The room I was in did not have a dresser and there was limited closet space. I was only there for two nights, so living out of a suitcase in the middle of the living room was not a super big deal, but if there were two people there for a longer stay, this would not be ideal.
