Notes
Please note that this home does not have window coverings on many windows. It is located in a secluded area with little to no passers-by, and little to no direct viewing into the home from any road or sidewalk.
While there are some local grocery and food stores nearby, they offer limited selections and tend to be more expensive than major grocery stores. We recommend stocking up on essentials before your arrival to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. This will allow you to fully enjoy your time in the mountains without the need for long trips to restock supplies.
During the winter months, the roads can be slippery. We recommend that you have an AWD/4WD vehicle or bring chains with you. Our local road is plowed by the county, and we have a service that clears our driveway, but there may be times when snow and ice are still on the ground. During snowfall, it's common to see up to a foot of accumulation before the crew arrives. We provide a shovel in case you need to do some extra clearing between snowfalls.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.
TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

There are no pets allowed at the house. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there were pets were in the home during your reservation period.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
