This is one unit in a duplex and the neighboring unit is a long-term tenant. They keep to themselves. We just ask that you share the driveway with them.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This is a duplex and we share the driveway with the other tenants. Therefore, we can only reserve 1 driveway spot. There is plenty of free street parking. The garage is not available at this time.

Early check-in and late check-out available for an extra fee. Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

The fireplace is not prepared for guest use and is for decorative purposes only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park: A lovely park with hiking trails, a disc golf course, and picnic areas, great for spending a day outdoors.

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security camera on the front door of the home.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
