Salt & the Cellar by Akira Back

We had the absolute pleasure of an epic experience at Salt & the Cellar last night. It was an experience. Since we’re not drinkers we’re used to getting boring mocktails at bars, but here they have an entire menu of non-alcoholic drinks that were amazing! The presentation of the drinks at your table is not to be missed. The food was out of this world. We had the sharing menu and every dish was simply a work of art. The flavors were some of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The depths and the perfectly balanced courses was like tasting music. I can’t say enough on how amazing Salt & the Cellar is. Akira Back is a true artist. I’m so excited they are elevating Orlando‘s culinary scene to whole new level!! Highly recommend!
