Great location, centrally located. Only negative was Hot water was tough if everyone wanted to take a shower. When heavy use, the hot water didn’t last.

Such a cute hotel in a historic downtown Frankfort. The property featured modern touches to an old industrial building. The speak easy was a great touch and a cool bar to have a cocktail in or sip some of Kentuckys finest bourbons.

Great location, building is unique and decorations are inviting. Great bathroom towels! It is a little noisy because it’s downtown but we love the location.

This is not a luxury house. The linens were just average. There was a dirty mirror in the bathroom plus hair on the floor. The kitchen cabinets did not have a bottom shelf in the cabinets. Pots and pans were on the floor in the cabinets. There was a dead mouse in the cabinets in a mouse trap. Driveway is not passable with snow on the ground. It is too steep. Accessible with a four wheel drive only. Should have parking on the street for the guest. Snow needs to be cleared off the driveway when tenants are coming in and throughout there stay when it is snowing. This place was not worth the extra money.

We stayed at this lovely home for a visit to West Seattle for a family member’s celebration of life. The place was recently renovated and everything was so well designed and constructed, we were impressed. There was everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the location, fenced yard and downstairs family room. The rental company was easy to communicate with and offered any assistance if needed, which we didn’t. Will look for this place again when we return.

Great location in the middle of everything you might want to do. Parking garage was free and across the street. Very rustic vibe and very spacious. Check-in process was simple and on the phone. Staff that we did run into at the bar were incredibly friendly. Fun to enter its own speakeasy.

Negative:
Our room was over the bar and so it was pretty noisy until the bar closed. Fine if you are out all night enjoying the sights and sounds but not when you are in the room trying to relax. Also a earlier check-out time than most places so be prepared in your plans for that.

We loved our stay at the St Clair. The location can’t get any better. The building has lots of character and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to several local restaurants and our son especially liked the ice cream shop on the corner. We will be back!

Beautiful place with stunning views. The house is well-equipped and even stocked with some interesting books, which was a pleasant surprise. A peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Had a fantastic stay. We were visiting for the bourbon tour and the location was perfect. We also enjoyed the restaurants and bars that were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room in a cool boutique hotel type setting. we enjoyed our stay and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bar and speakeasy that is downstairs is definitely worth going to. The only thing that was a little negative for me was that you could here people walking around in the room above you because the floors are very old and creaky. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

My family and I enjoy the location and proximity to the ski lifts. The home is well maintained and offers sufficient space and bedding for my family.

There was no staff. And no toilet paper. For the $75.00 cleaning fee, you'd think there would be toilet paper.

Loved the apartment! Everything was so clean!!!!

Negative:
The TV viewing..... Didn't have cable or dish! I'm old school and don't like to use streaming services.
