Our management fee already covers coordinating standard maintenance as issues arise — if something breaks, we’ll handle the fix.
The Proactive Property Care program goes further. With scheduled inspections, preventative checklists, and early interventions, we catch problems before they escalate, protecting your investment, reducing guest disruptions, and avoiding costly emergency repairs.

The Proactive Property Care program is an optional add-on, billed separately from your management fee.

Yes. Our management fee covers coordinating day-to-day maintenance requests as they arise. The Property Care Program is different — it’s a proactive, preventative package that goes beyond reactive fixes. It ensures your home is inspected regularly, filters and batteries are replaced on schedule, and deep cleans happen without you needing to manage them.

Are repairs included in the monthly subscription?

The program includes inspections, filter/battery replacements, and scheduled deep cleans. If we find an issue during an inspection, we’ll coordinate the repair for you. The cost of labor and materials for those repairs is billed separately.

What if my home is already well maintained?

Even well-kept homes benefit from consistent preventative care. Regular inspections and scheduled deep cleans catch issues early, protect long-term value, and reduce costly surprises. It’s about maintaining peace of mind and ensuring your property always meets guest-ready standards.

Do I have to sign up for this program?

No. The Property Care Program is completely optional. It’s designed for owners who want to reduce friction and ensure proactive care without having to manage the details themselves.

How are deep cleans scheduled?

We schedule your included deep cleans automatically (once per year for the Standard Plan, twice per year for the Premium Plan). Typically, these are planned during slower seasons to minimize impact on bookings.
