A monthly subscription that keeps every Recreation home running like new. From routine inspections to deep cleans and seasonal upkeep, the program prevents small issues from turning into costly repairs — protecting your property’s performance and long-term value.

  • Seasonal readiness – winterization and summer prep tailored to your property’s climate and systems.

  • Detailed reporting – inspection summaries with photos, notes, and recommendations sent directly to owners.

  • Preferred vendor scheduling – priority response for any identified issues, with trusted trades already familiar with your property.

Our management fee covers reactive maintenance — handling issues as they arise.

Are repairs included in the monthly subscription?

The monthly Maintenance Care subscription covers all routine preventative upkeep—quarterly inspections, system checks, filter and battery replacements, and minor on-site adjustments identified during visits.

If a repair requires a specialist or replacement parts, we’ll handle coordination and oversight through our preferred vendors. Those costs are billed directly to the property, never marked up, and always pre-approved by the owner before any work begins.

In short:
The subscription covers preventative maintenance and light corrective work.
Major repairs (like plumbing fixes, HVAC service, or appliance replacement) are handled transparently on a pass-through basis with no added margin.

What if my home is already well maintained?

Do I have to sign up for this program?

How are deep cleans scheduled?

We schedule your included deep cleans automatically (once per year for the Standard Plan, twice per year for the Premium Plan). Typically, these are planned during slower seasons to minimize impact on bookings.
