• A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included—plenty for typical use. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates after checkout.

• Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a furry friend. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.
• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
