On a chilly morning, when it's too cool to enjoy your coffee outside, the huge living room windows offer a virtually unobstructed view to the sea, plus there are cozy couches to curl up in. In the evening, you can binge watch your favorite television shows on the large flat screen television or gather round the dining room table for a board game with the kids.

The generous kitchen boasts all you'll need for a big vacation breakfast or hearty evening feast, including pots, pans, dishes and flatware. If you're a barbeque affectionado, the gas grill on the deck will satisfy that need. Six people are easily accommodated at the dining table and, if needed, another three at the breakfast bar.

Three bedrooms offer plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Two feature king-sized beds and one has two twins. A Murphey bed in the living room expands the sleeping area for another two guests. From two of the downstairs bedrooms, you can step right out onto the patio to enjoy the morning salt air. In addition, two full bathrooms and a half bath ensure there's no waiting for a shower or bath.

Anytime of the year, the hot tub invites you to relax at the end or your day.

Booking one of our properties in Pacific Beach? In this little community centrally located in Grays Harbor, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you and your friends/family to enjoy.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to dig for clams or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Pacific Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
