QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.SMOKING:Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
