Amazing location and home! You can tell that the home is a special place for family that owns it. It is well cared for and well stocked. Chef’s kitchen for sure!! The lake is incredible! One of the best I have ever visited with the fresh water and gorgeous views. The neighborhood is super friendly but quiet. At night in the summer the air is fresh, cool and crisp so having the windows open makes for the perfect, restful sleep!! The beds are super cozy. The entire home was extremely clean and tidy! Again, it is very well loved by the owners and management. I host two of my homes and I would say this is a top location on Airbnb!!
The space was adequate and the location is central but overall the condo isn’t a great fit for a family with a young kid. It’s pretty cramped and was difficult to childproof so we spent most of our time outside. We had hoped to use the yard but the grass was poorly maintained and full of goat heads that made it unusable. Fortunately it’s near the beach (though be prepared, the walk is longer than we thought and it’s much easier to drive), and easy access to restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and the host was communicative.
Nice house – newer kitchen appliances, clean bathroom and good place to park outside. We had some issues with the door access code and WiFi but host was prompt in communicating and resolving these reasonably. The upper level gets super stuffy in late afternoons esp in hot summer, the host sent a fan and that was helpful. No major concerns other than these.
The house is exactly as described in the listing; it is a quiet and safe place. The cleanliness inside the house was excellent, but the balcony and the chairs facing the lake were covered in cobwebs. The lake is small, so when motorboats pass by, they create waves that disrupt a peaceful swim. The neighbor constantly smokes marijuana—something I detest.
We stayed here for my wedding getting ready house and it was incredible! Beautiful natural light and an amazing wrap around deck for outdoor moments. They were very accommodating with early check in and the Airbnb was even better than the photos. In fact, there’s actually 3 bathrooms and another bonus bedroom with a single pullout so we didn’t feel cramped at all with 4 sleeping over.
Beautiful, comfortable home and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy that everyone slept really well — and the kids loved the bunk beds. The house had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful little touches.
The loft was the biggest hit with our kids. Gorgeous view, and a fun spot to hang out as a family. The Xbox and the cupboard full of board games went down a treat, and there’s a whole library of DVDs and some good books too. We didn’t get through half of what we wanted to before it was time to leave!
So glad we stayed. We visited mid-summer and the area is beautiful — peaceful, picturesque, with some lovely hikes nearby. We’ll definitely be back when we want a quiet break from the city — hopefully in winter next time, so we can make use of all the snow gear provided.
Fabulously situated right on the river with a very short walk to coffee & Tavern. Very short drive to local hikes! Saw elk in the yard. The hot tub overlooking the river and forest after a day of hiking was wonderful! The place could use a lick of paint on the interior and the stairs could use some tread as they are very steep ( my feet are dry and despite the handrail and care on my part, I slid down multiple steps on the carpet). Overall, I would absolutely come back!
We had an amazing time and stay! The cabin the cute and cozy loaded with amenities and everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The WiFi worked really well, the water pressure in the shower was great and at night it was so relaxing listening to surrounding nature and frogs. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

This is a beautiful and spacious downtown property. It is ideally situated to local attractions, dining, and the ferry to Seattle. It is clean and well maintained. The support staff/team were very attentive to my needs.
Negative:
A couple of extra pillows and a king sized bed would be nice.
