The Dover area can’t be beat. It is a great community with quick access to great beaches, parks, boating, and very nice people working within. This house is very clean and well stocked.
However, we found the traffic behind this house is quite busy, and the sprinklers run frequently, 2-3 times per day, leaving the grass and road very wet and messy. We were also disappointed with the boat parking situation. The HOA rules state that boats can be parked in the driveway for up to two weeks, but we were told we couldn’t park our boat there due to Airbnb rules. Being in a lake community, this was disappointing and made bringing our boat more challenging.
Unfortunately, we also lost hot water on our last day and were without hot showers for over 24 hours. The team was responsive, but the communication felt quite automated and, while we received quick responses, they weren’t always helpful in resolving the issue.
Should you not run into these problems, this is a great home to stay in.
Lovely place to stay super centrally to downtown Leavenworth. My grandma is handicapped and was able to make the short walk into town to shop and explore. It was a tiny bit hard to find with Apple Maps, but Google Maps found it no problem. The garage is a little tough to get into (for someone like me that can’t parallel park) but we were super grateful to have it and know the car was secure. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Super well stocked kitchen with thoughtful touches. Absolutely fabulous decor throughout the house. And we really enjoyed playing records in the living room. The only amenity we couldn’t figure out was a DVD player. It was listed in the ad but we did not find one. No big deal, the smart TVs gave us plenty of options. We had just hoped to watch Lord of The Dance together. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend.
The place had a great view! Very clean , it was a little dated but the furnishings were comfortable and homey. It was right on the beach and had beautiful sunsets. Very peaceful and quite a great place to unwind and relax.
Small store down the street that was reasonably priced and had a deli that served a good hamburger.

I am a repeat customer. I love this place the beds are super comfortable and condo sits back at the end of the complex making it very quiet and it is pet friendly and very reasonable, for the price of a hotel room you get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms kitchen living room and a wonderful patio. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning guests Laurie
It was a wonderful stay, the privacy was the best part about it and it was so close to the casino and ocean shores strip. Literally perfect. The walk to the beach was also nice and private, I got a surprise myself and was proposed to!! Will never forget it. Thank you for being very responsive and letting us have an early check in. Will definitely stay here again! ✨

I loved every aspect of One Sky Loft from the quietness to the cleanliness of the loft and the property. I loved the walkability of the surrounding neighborhood and how close we were to 4 cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, historic sites, and beautiful gardens. I cannot wait to visit again. My wife and I had a hard time leaving.
The loft is very spacious. It has a washer and dryer, an incredible shower, a full kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, and a beautiful living room! We could’ve enjoyed the loft and the walkable cafe for our entire time and we would’ve had a wonderful time. It took us 5 minutes to walk to Independence Hall. We walked to Chinatown. We took the SPLASH bus to the Museum of Art. One Sky Loft was the BEST location!

The house and location suited our needs perfectly. Traveled here for a wedding at The Hall at Fauntleroy. We were five adults, two couples and an adult son, and the accommodations were ideal with one bedroom and bath upstairs and two beds and a bath downstairs. King beds in all rooms. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the front lawn and the view of Puget Sound. Met the owner and her young son, who matched our friendliness. Totally recommend!
