The place was as described. Clean and very organized. The area has nice walking paths for an evening stroll and the marker by the marina was nice.

I especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly, so I could enjoy the trip with Cody. Communication was easy and helpful. I would happily stay here again

Lovely house, great kitchen, great big table. Ate at one end and played games on the other. Terrific beds, linens etc. Would have loved a place to sit outside but not a bid deal. A bit of a walk to get to the beach but very doable for us 70+ year old women. Two of the showers need a non slip surface on them. Very slippery! The master bath shower was fantastic! There was an overflowing garbage can when we arrived and it was a bad smell in the garage game room. We were told to place it on the curb that evening. But we were afraid the animals would rip thru the extra bags. So we put it out in the morning and the crows swooped in for a picnic. We shoo-ed them away till the g-men came. That was a bit aggravating. All in all a lovely place and we had a very nice time. And would recommend it for a large group if there is a bit more attention paid to these details mentioned above.

Had a little hiccup in the beginning with check in instructions but other then that was a very nice stay!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this very clean and modern Ballard Airbnb. The location is excellent – super close to Sunset Hill Park, lots of coffee and breakfast spots nearby, and a very walkable, peaceful neighborhood. The King bedroom and bath are spacious and very nicely decorated. The Queen bedroom and bath are not as spacious but definitely adequate. Both rooms have excellent closet space to unpack and hang your clothes. The rain shower heads in both bathrooms are amazing with excellent water pressure. Though we didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight and takes some maneuvering but we mastered it with practice and having a travel partner be a spotter! All in all, this was a great property and stay.

Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Parkplatzsituation erfordert zwar etwas Geduld, aber das ist in einer Großstadt unumgänglich. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight, das kleine Häuschen an sich bietet aber alles was man braucht.

The staff was very friendly. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient location, elevator in building. Highly recommend. Our family of 4 stayed in the king suite. One bedroom on main floor of apt and master bedroom located upstairs. Negative: We had a tricky time with coordinating our security deposit with the company but they were very responsive, even during the late evening hours. Pay parking available in a lot a block away ($18/day)

The house was wonderfully located, clean, had ample parking, and was overall a wonderful stay for our group over the 3 weeks or so we were in Seattle. The hosts were communicative and there were a multitude of blankets around the house to allow us to have spots for our pets to relax.
