This was a nice place and the owners were more than accommodating. The home is great if you want to be close to downtown Seattle but in a more residential area without the rifraff of the city.

Felt right at home and in the perfect location. Was able to walk everywhere, if that was to coffee, lunch or even the stadium. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed staying here. Host was very responsive with any questions. Walkable to the space needle and the metro to get around.
Would highly recommend staying here for a couple of nights. Place was outstanding
Positive:
The location was great, the room was all that was needed for 2 people and the staff at the bar was terrific.
Negative:
Tv difficult to use a manual would have been helpful and the room above us was quite noisy throughout the night it actually sounded like someone practicing throwing a bowling ball across the floor.

A beautiful, charming home on a quiet street with walkability to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Adam, our host, was super helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely would recommend - highly! We loved it!

Great place for me and my family to stay! We loved being in a residential neighborhood and all our activities were in a short driving distance.
FYI that the driveway/entrance is off a side street and is easy to miss since you can’t see the house from the main street. Once we found the place though it was very easy to get in.

I stayed for one night in this Philadelphia apartment and had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed for a short stay. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described.

The St. Clair must be the best spot to stay and fully enjoy downtown and surrounding Frankfort. You will be directly part of the town but able to disappear upstairs and enjoy your respite. The rooms are comfortable and the quality beds specifically will help you recharge. You will have all the appliances you need to feel like you are at home while stepping out to experience fantastic dining from coffee to fine Italian cuisine. The staff was prompt to communicate when we needed information. You will be able to get in and check out without any formal process. We found this gem and expect to return when we are back this way. If this place is open and you are passing through, you need to book it and experience the vibes.

Our family loved our stay at the St Clair. The two bedroom suite set up was perfect and had nice space the entire family. The hotel had an attached lounge/restaurant with a cool speakeasy set up that was fun to check out. The host is very responsive and got back to us within minutes when we had questions. Conveniently located near Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key and Woodford if checking out Bourbon Trail. Less than an hour from Louisville with lots to do for kids and adults. We had a blast in Kentucky and St Clair was a great spot to spend our vacation. Highly recommend!
Really nice little cabin for a boys weekend getaway. The game room and xbox were big hits. This is how an airbnb should be. all soaps provided. had some toothbrushes and other toiletries provided. plenty of towels, and when something broke they were immediately on it. Best experience i’ve ever had host/house wise

Fantastic stay! Felt like a home and not a rental - tons of amenities, fully (extra) furnished, and comfortable. Tons of space and perfect for a family with kids (including books, games, toys inside and outside, little nooks, blankets, etc)
It was awesome to have a fully stocked kitchen, backyard and patio with a grill, laundry downstairs, fast wifi, a desk space, and AC (which is not always common in Seattle)
Location is prime for getting around Fremont, Ballard, Wallingford, Lake Union, etc. Parking was easy (typically within a block of the house) and the neighborhood is quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores but you’ll get your heart rate up as it’s on a steep hill (which makes for amazing views! Hot tip - walk a block or so north and find the “common chairs” to watch the epic sunsets!)
Host is proactive with communication and super responsive. It’s a bit pricey compared to other units but it was totally worth it. 5 stars and would stay again

Very nice location with good views. Kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs. One thing I would say is that there are no shades and no air conditioning so the place got very hot during the day. Otherwise was a great stay!

Excellent stay at St Clair. We’d highly recommend staying there if you want vs a downtown location. Easy parking in the garage very appreciated. The cocktails at The Howser. The proximity to Buffalo Trace was very nice.
