Positive:
The staff! They were incredibly helpful and responsive.
Also, everything was new and working well (the shower in particular, appreciated the water pressure too).

Also, for exploring the historic part of Philly, it's very very well located.

Negative:
It has a clean, minimalist look, so if you prefer an antique-y, warm decor, it may not be for you. But convenience wise, it was perfect

Positive:
Really a nice clean place that offered same rates as a hotel but much nicer. 2 bedrooms was sweet. The bathroom was a nice size and not cramped. Living room and kitchen were a bonus. The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions. I will definitely stay here again when I next travel to Frankfort for a few days. Thanks for making my trip enjoyable.

My family and I absolutely loved the place. We stayed for a few days and it had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials, and our host was very welcoming and responsive to our queries.

Smack in the center of downtown Frankfort, KY. Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and a short drive to Buffalo Trace Distillery and others. There was covered parking right across the street that was included in the fee. The room and linens were clean and the space was comfortable. We have already decided to book a room at the St. Clair on our next visit to Frankfort.

Negative:
The A/C (minisplit) didn’t cool the room down as much as we would have liked. A fan to circulate the air would have been nice.

Beautiful designer home near the cascades! Every detail of this place is so thoughtful, and the kitchen gadgetry and dishware was truly high end - this doesn’t feel at all like a typical rental! The bedding is comfortable and the shower upstairs is awesome. We loved our stay and would come again.

Perfect for our family’s stay

Beautiful place in downtown Frankfurt. Many places nearby to visit.
Highly recommend the Saint Clair Hotel.

The location is the best and worst thing. It is in the center of historic Frankfort which becomes the heart of the party in Friday town concert nights. There is a reason for the white noise machines in the bedrooms.

Great place for me and my family to stay! We loved being in a residential neighborhood and all our activities were in a short driving distance.

FYI that the driveway/entrance is off a side street and is easy to miss since you can’t see the house from the main street. Once we found the place though it was very easy to get in.

I stayed for one night in this Philadelphia apartment and had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed for a short stay. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described.

The location was right in the middle of the walking streets /downtown of Frankfort. Parking across the street very easy.
The room itself was great-old brick walls, funky fixtures and a view to an old-school theatre/marquee across the St.
Even got a text while there asking if our car was the one with keys left in it in the garage-soo personal!

Negative:
The 'speakeasy' access downstairs was cool but prices were outrageous and we were never given a menu/price list - just a recommendation. Ask for menu card before ordering.

This is the second time that our group has used the facility adn it was amazing bith times. What great memories made but our group of athletes.
