Super clean and quiet! Great place to visit and tour!

Loved it! Wish this was available for our entire time. We had a small problem with the ac remote, but immediately the host helped within 2 minutes it was fixed. We had a great time, very fun area. Enjoyed everything available within walking distance. Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

Fantastic place! We loved the location, walkable to all of downtown’s many restaurants and bars. Very close to Bourbon on the Banks. Close to several distilleries. The apartment was nicely decorated and had most anything you needed…hair dryers, irons, shampoo, conditioner, soap. We loved the HOWSER bar and the speakeasy. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the view. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We could not use the downstairs hide to bed. The sheets were not clean and there were spiders. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The studio room is nice and offers a lot! The water pressure was amazing, the bed and sofa were comfy. My only complaint is the noise level of other guests. You can really hear everything in this building and we could hear the street noise. The owners should consider providing ear plugs and or white noise machine.

We really loved our time in Britannia beach, beautiful home in a beautiful location. Cant wait to come back! The home felt like something out of a movie, the surroundings were breathtaking.

The host was very responsive even before we arrived. We had a lot of questions about the property and surrounding area. The house itself was in a secluded area, but as long as you stay on the main road (lower clubhouse dr), it will be easy to find. The kitchen was great and newly updated, parts of the house looked like it’s going through renovations. the exterior was not ready for us due to rain in the prior days but the host send someone right over to clean everything and have it ready for us. Jacuzzi time was the best. We also loved the 3 king sized beds and spacious upstairs bathroom. We visited lots of wineries, breweries and had the best time in historic Harper’s Ferry.

Nice spot, sort of like a hostel, very clean. Ryan was very responsive though not physically present. Plenty of street parking.

The location was good and there was a great coffee shop right across the street. It was easy to get to a bus stop from there. It was fairly quiet.

I was looking for an inexpensive room for an overnight stay while I help my daughter move in to new apt. This place was convenient to downtown. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions. Clean single bedroom on 1st floor with shared bathroom across the hall. Easy door code lock so I didn’t have to carry physical key. I broke my foot prior to travel and accessible bathroom with fold-down wall shower chair, hand held shower head, and wall handles - awesome. I only wish parking was provided, esp ADA. Street parking was hit or miss. Parking lots only 1-2 blocks away but relatively far when on crutches. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Simple and sweet, and exactly what we paid for. Thank you for the hospitality and understanding, and open communication throughout our stay.

This was the perfect place for a quick stop while driving through (though it would be nice for longer stays as well). It is dorm like style, each door with private / lock entry and a bathroom on each floor. The room was inviting, I didn't have to fight for the bathroom, and the kitchen / supplies was very helpful.

Other than a small discrepancy between the instructions sent by Ryan and what the Airbnb app listed (as far as check in and check-out times), what I encountered in the Airbnb was exactly as described! It was perfect for what I needed! And it was affordable, considering the price of other Airbnb‘s and even hotels and motels for downtown Eugene… Good bang for your buck —and then some!

A hostel experience without the social component. (Barely saw anyone else.)

This was the perfect place for me to stay during move in weekend at UO. The room was quaint and all I needed. The room and shared bathroom was very clean. Ryan the host, was very friendly and helpful. He always responded right away and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Eugene. Very affordable and comfortable
