Ryan was an amazing host! He was able to book us last minute while traveling and needed a place to rest, it was after hours and even then we were able to book with ease. His place was very cozy and accommodating with a unique kitchen/game room included!! He was extremely great with communication and made our stay comfortable and convenient, highly recommend!! 🙂
Overall it was a good place to stay for what I needed. It felt very private, even with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was pretty much always empty and clean.
The bed is very uncomfortable. It’s pretty hard and you can feel all the individual springs. I did find a foam pad in the closet that I put on the bed which made it significantly better. Luckily it was only me because the foam pad was twin size but the bed is a queen.
Make sure you bring an eye mask, the blinds don’t fully cover the windows.
Otherwise it was a fine room, quiet and easy to access.
Convenient & easy location for exploring the bourbon trail. The St. Clair is a great spot to stop, relax & visit Frankfort. Check in was no contact & seamless. The renovated building & rooms are really cool. We felt right at home. There are nice restaurant & coffee options just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

Unexpectedly travelled to Eugene and had to book something with a quick turn around time. This was such a great find and perfect for what I needed for the weekend. A single bedroom, shared bathroom and great surrounding/walkable area. Would recommend for anyone passing through Eugene or on a quick trip. All other guests were very quiet during my stay. I enjoyed bouncing around the local coffee shops and exploring the campus nearby
Great stay! It’s a short 30 min walk to the University or a quick bike ride.
All guests were nice and respectful. No one was loud late at night.
Rooms were as described. Kitchen and seating area were nice and clean.
Original code to enter property did not work, but that was fixed quickly. I did not have any issues the rest of my stay.

The perfect option!
I arrived in Eugene a couple of days earlier than the rest of our family in order to have a little extra time with my son, and wanted a simple, safe, comfortable spot in a good area. This fit the bill beautifully! I loved the concept. It reminded me of some of the great hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe and New Zealand- with kitchen access. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and well cared for.
This was a great place for a straight forward stay. Darian, the property manager, did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! My man needs to get paid more! He kept the place together, suggested great places for me to eat, etc, and was very responsive to any questions or needs. As long as Darian is managing the property, I’d book this place every time!
