I was looking for an inexpensive room for an overnight stay while I help my daughter move in to new apt. This place was convenient to downtown. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions. Clean single bedroom on 1st floor with shared bathroom across the hall. Easy door code lock so I didn’t have to carry physical key. I broke my foot prior to travel and accessible bathroom with fold-down wall shower chair, hand held shower head, and wall handles – awesome. I only wish parking was provided, esp ADA. Street parking was hit or miss. Parking lots only 1-2 blocks away but relatively far when on crutches. I would stay here again!
This was the perfect place for a quick stop while driving through (though it would be nice for longer stays as well). It is dorm like style, each door with private / lock entry and a bathroom on each floor. The room was inviting, I didn’t have to fight for the bathroom, and the kitchen / supplies was very helpful.
Other than a small discrepancy between the instructions sent by Ryan and what the Airbnb app listed (as far as check in and check-out times), what I encountered in the Airbnb was exactly as described! It was perfect for what I needed! And it was affordable, considering the price of other Airbnb‘s and even hotels and motels for downtown Eugene… Good bang for your buck —and then some!
This was the perfect place for me to stay during move in weekend at UO. The room was quaint and all I needed. The room and shared bathroom was very clean. Ryan the host, was very friendly and helpful. He always responded right away and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Eugene. Very affordable and comfortable
Die Lage war top, der Check-in funktionierte problemlos (wir bekamen in Voraus alle Infos, wie wir selbstständig in das Zimmer gelanden konnten), die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut (unser Zusatzbett war ohne Bettwäsche, die bekamen wir dann aber sofort vorbeigebracht). Einzig für Europäer*innen sehr ungewohnt: man kann den AC nicht im Zimmer regeln, es war sehr kalt.
