The staff! They were incredibly helpful and responsive.
Also, everything was new and working well (the shower in particular, appreciated the water pressure too).
Also, for exploring the historic part of Philly, it’s very very well located.
Negative:
It has a clean, minimalist look, so if you prefer an antique-y, warm decor, it may not be for you. But convenience wise, it was perfect

Everything was fresh and clean, and all the appliances were flawless. Great shower. Loved the fact that you had a diaper genie and a changing table even though WE didn’t need it. Great access to Ballard, Greenwood, Woodland Park Zoo.
Negative:
The little deck/patio in the small backyard felt a little too confining due to the grass being a bit overgrown. We had a disconnect on getting the entry code in advance, but the booking entity was available by phone and got it taken care of in seconds.
Great place for me and my family to stay! We loved being in a residential neighborhood and all our activities were in a short driving distance.
FYI that the driveway/entrance is off a side street and is easy to miss since you can’t see the house from the main street. Once we found the place though it was very easy to get in.
