Positive:
You really cannot beat this location. Center City is unbelievably dense with world class eateries, nightlife, culture, green space, and HISTORY. One Sky Loft is surrounded by public transportation options. It's only a few blocks from the subway and buses stop right outside the property. Getting around the city is a breeze. As for the interior, everything inside is sleek and modern. The water pressure in the shower is something out of a five-star spa experience! The bed was comfy and the ambient temperature was easy to control. I read a few reviews suggesting they beef up the internet and add an iron. It seems those issues have since been addressed. Communication with the team is prompt and getting in and out of the building is straightforward. The design of the apartment is functional and lovely; I may steal a few ideas for my own home. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. It's not every property you leave thinking, mannn… I could live here.
Negative:
I used to live directly across from Penn Hospital, so I'm used to the noise of ambulances and what not. But man, on the second floor you are really in it. Some better soundproofing on the windows would make for a more comfortable experience. That "loft" window or whatever in the bedroom is totally aesthetic and not functional. A solid wall would help close off some of the noise while you are trying to sleep. Maybe even some plexiglass to let in light but not feel like people on the street are inside your apartment lol I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with this design aspect. It looks nice until you're woken up with a political protest that sounds like it's coming from your living room. Also, please get a real sign for the front door and add yourselves to google maps. Had me suspicious at first…

Positive:
Very well situated, close to Independence hall. The apartment is new and comfortable. However if you are more than 3 , which was our case, there is no comforter for the couch but only a thin throw.

Great place to stay in Frankfort, especially if you’re doing any of the distillery tours. There’s lots of cool places within walking distance (coffee, bars, restaurants, etc), and we loved how easy and convenient checking in/leaving was. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down.

This a very nice, relatively new unit that has a very clean lay out, is well equipped, and is in a good neighborhood. The manager of this unit is very accessible and responsive. He was quick to deal with some early issues we had upon arrival. Access to the unit is through the alley, not the main street. It is easy to unload in the alley then park on the main street. We stayed for 1 week and overall had a very good experience.

Excellent place to stay on the ocean! Spacious first floor to cook and eat dinner with friends and family. 4 bedrooms upstairs for early sleepers. The master suite is phenomenal – both the view and the shower! As long as there is availability, we would stay here again in the future!

This is a great spot just outside of the town Sedro Woolley, it’s about 20 minutes off interstate I-5. We comfortable slept a large group and there is plenty of space for air mattresses. The layout of the house makes it feel like an upscale lodge resort. The property itself it’s secluded and a bit off the beaten trail. There is a pond and view from the front porch. The kitchen is capable of hosting large groups and is easily cleaned. I will be renting again!

My family and I enjoy the location and proximity to the ski lifts. The home is well maintained and offers sufficient space and bedding for my family.
