Cabin was beautiful. Nice quiet cul de sac. Easy to find. Beds were clean, bathroom and kitchen clean.
There is a nice room at entrance for prepping your gear before going out to ski or hike in summers. It’s a great spot to get out of your gear too. Has washer and dryer near by to help clean you stuff. Kitchen and pantry has plenty of utensils and dishware to suit our needs. We cooked our meals there and had no issues with finding everything. Parking wise, the driveway is a steeper hill. With lots of snow, you can fit 3 cars in line behind each other. No room for 2 cars at top (there was lots of snow) they had snow shovels on site, we used this to clear driveway to make it easier getting in and out, which is expected during heavier snowfall days.
This place is a delight. Great appliances, and a really well stocked kitchen. (Including a mixer!) The hosts were super responsive when minor issues occurred.
One note—You’ll definitely want a car during your stay here. A cafe and a pizza place (both phenomenal) are an easy walk, but that’s about it.
I definitely hope to stay here again.
Do yourself a favor and stay at this gorgeous cabin in the woods. The design of the house and interior decor is gorgeous (cabin is featured in the Dwell magazine) House was very well stocked with all the essentials and extras. Also it was perfectly clean, I have stayed at many places and this was the cleanest.
The real wood burning fireplace, the big windows, the host, everything was top notch. We were missing some wine glasses, so they delivered wine glasses and a bottle of wine same night. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back ♥️
Beautiful place! looks exactly like the pictures. The front door is tricky to get in you have to pull the door hard, also I was having a hard time finding my apartment because I was being told it was on the 4th floor, but I eventually found it, it’s located on the 5th floor 🙂 Other than that everything else was wonderful!!
Perfect getaway cabin in the snow! We traveled with 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 elderly. The driveway is very very steep, but once we got my parents in the house, they didn’t need to leave. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. Very comfortable and homey. Only a few minutes drive to the ski resort. The fireplace was exquisite and made the experience ideal. The kids were able to play in the snow in the back of the house. We asked for late check-out and the hosts were very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this cabin!
