Great location, super quick communication with host and easy check in.

Positive:
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Parkplatzsituation erfordert zwar etwas Geduld, aber das ist in einer Großstadt unumgänglich. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight, das kleine Häuschen an sich bietet aber alles was man braucht.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this very clean and modern Ballard Airbnb. The location is excellent - super close to Sunset Hill Park, lots of coffee and breakfast spots nearby, and a very walkable, peaceful neighborhood. The King bedroom and bath are spacious and very nicely decorated. The Queen bedroom and bath are not as spacious but definitely adequate. Both rooms have excellent closet space to unpack and hang your clothes. The rain shower heads in both bathrooms are amazing with excellent water pressure. Though we didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight and takes some maneuvering but we mastered it with practice and having a travel partner be a spotter! All in all, this was a great property and stay.

Had a little hiccup in the beginning with check in instructions but other then that was a very nice stay!

Lovely house, great kitchen, great big table. Ate at one end and played games on the other. Terrific beds, linens etc. Would have loved a place to sit outside but not a bid deal.
A bit of a walk to get to the beach but very doable for us 70+ year old women.
Two of the showers need a non slip surface on them. Very slippery! The master bath shower was fantastic!
There was an overflowing garbage can when we arrived and it was a bad smell in the garage game room. We were told to place it on the curb that evening. But we were afraid the animals would rip thru the extra bags. So we put it out in the morning and the crows swooped in for a picnic. We shoo-ed them away till the g-men came. That was a bit aggravating.
All in all a lovely place and we had a very nice time. And would recommend it for a large group if there is a bit more attention paid to these details mentioned above.

Nice stay. Located in a perfect spot next to everything and it’s walking distance. Also - BEWARE of the grass and wearing CROCS! The pokey things get stuck and takes time to get out. Other than I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and price point.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hi-Tide Resort. The location was peaceful, the room was comfortable and clean, and it was wonderful to be so close to the ocean. I especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly, so I could enjoy the trip with Cody. Communication was easy and helpful. I would happily stay here again

Perfect perfect perfect location. We were in town for a girls' weekend/book club "meeting" (hahah) and it was perfectly located by the Festhalle where the author event was happening that we were in town for. Plus, it was SO walkable to everything cool. We were a group of 6 and there was just enough space for all of us. The pull out couch was even kind of comfortable and we couldn't feel the springs - so that's a win for us middle ager ladies. Hahah. Everything was super clean, fun decor and overall, very comfortable. Great hospitality too - the host was super responsive! Thank YOU!

This property could so easily be a 10. It has a beautiful oceanfront setting with a picturesque paths to the beach, gas fireplaces, balconies overlooking the ocean, well/maintained entirely must-free hot tub…However, there are flaws. First and foremost, a life safety issue: for some reason the builder/architect sunk the LR one shallow step below the entry and the kitchen and then put the same stone tile on the entire floor, a rookie mistake creating a serious trip and fall risk. They tried to mitigate with now-worn hazard tape on the edge of the step - but if carrying a box, or blinded by the sun streaming in the western sliding doors, or wearing progressive lenses, all bets are off. Two of us stumbled and my wife fell on the stone floor. Carpeting the LR both to create a contrast at the step and a softer fall is desperately needed. Renters should be aware that 1) the second upstairs bedroom has to use the bath on the first floor, and 2) there is no cellular reception at least for the Verizon network, so WiFi calling is used, and if the internet goes out (as it did briefly), there is no way to call 911 or the cable company without going to the main road.Better maintenance would help. A power wash of the decks/railings/garage is needed Cutting boards fuzzy from long use and shedding microplastics and Teflon-shedding pans need to be replaced. Porch lights are out and the landing at the foot of the outside stairs is broken.

We loved our stay in the modern craftsman! The property is so unique and well-maintained. The bathrooms/kitchen provide all of the necessities for a cozy weekend in the mountains. The furniture is minimalist, but just right. We had a couple of hiccups in our stay that were a bit frustrating. We arrived later in the evening after work and the code that was given to the front door was inaccurate so there was a lot of unnecessary communication about how to get in. We were also given the opportunity to do a late checkout for a fee and assumed the payment was taken from our CC on the account. Late on Saturday evening, when we were out of service on a hike, we got a message that checkout was at 10 AM. When we responded, we were told that we needed to fill out our CC information at a new link before that was granted…but we were in the woods and didn’t have wallets. There was way too much unnecessary back-and-forth about it. These types of things should be settled before the stay.

The place was as described. Clean and very organized. The area has nice walking paths for an evening stroll and the marker by the marina was nice.

We had a wonderful stay here, the home was perfect, cozy, and modern. It was very peaceful and the beds were super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Easy access to things, quiet area. Clean apartment, had everything we needed. Laundry is nice to have on-site if you need it.
