Thanks for the worry free week in Seattle. Absolutely nothing to complain about here. Exceptionally clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with more than enough space for our two couples. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view of the ship channel, between trips to the numerous nearby attractions. Roku TV provided ample selection of entertainment during down time. Communications before, during, and after the trip were excellent. Cannot overstate how appreciated the off-street parking was! Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and after our earlier visit, it’s the first place we check for availability when visiting family in Seattle. The home is light and airy, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and there’s even a separate office upstairs. The beds are comfortable, and the showers lovely. The sauna is a nice touch. The location is unbeatable. While the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet, the coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife of the Ballard business district are just a short walk or drive away. Adam and his team at Recreation Stays are outstanding hosts. Our booking was confirmed quickly, and they responded within a few minutes to every email or text message. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Throughout, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will be back.

Had some trouble getting into the property due to the code not working. Had to call and was able to get it handled. The place could have been cleaner, it seemed the floors had not been vacuumed and the trash was full. Overall we had a good stay.

Great location if visiting the shipyard for work. Several dining options within 2-min walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is only available for a fee.

Hi-Tide provided a comfortable stay for last minute changes to our plans in Olympic National Park. The Wi-fi was troublesome for remote work which we were notified of after booking, however didn’t end up being a big issue.

Adam was very communicative and helpful. Worked with us when we had some booking mixups and was proactive about instructions. Home was located vary conveniently for day tripping in to Rainier. Would stay again.

This location was a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a full kitchen. The decor was fun and has Roku TV options. One of the beds was on wheels and squeaky so that bed is not romantic. Walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but great walking distance to beach and town. Definitely going back!

Everything was great. Just, check Gide before you’ll come. Some carriers doesn’t works there, so you’ll need WiFi pass before.

Very nice cabin! Beautiful location. The large dining room windows made for a great view. It was so much fun sitting on the deck eating breakfast listening to the river. The stairs to the bedrooms were a little steep but once you went up them once or twice it was no problem. My only complaint is there needs to be another nightlight on the stairs. Otherwise, it was an excellent place for three old friends from high-school to have a “girls weekend”!
