Positive: Location and vibe Negative: The furniture was not super comfortable and there several times the power went out but I think that was all due to weather.

I loved staying at the St. Clair! Centrally located and safe parking, not to mention great communication! I will definitely seek this out on my next visit to Frankfort.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking in Frankfort. The property is in the historic downtown area, so it’s easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Our unit was on the second floor overlooking where some bars and restaurants were, so you might want to be mindful of the visibility/line-of-sight that passersby have from the outside. The unit itself was appointed well enough—comfortable beds, decently sized bathroom, the usual. Overall, we’d recommend and consider booking again the next time we’re in the region.

Our group was really torn on this property. If it’s new, it feels like they’re almost there with some changes needed to make us come back. The good: location, free parking, cool building with a well-appointed renovation, good bar, secure building, full kitchen was nice, close to lots of events/bars/restaurants, nice bathroom. The not so good: you can hear absolutely every move of your upstairs neighbors, which we did, both mornings starting at 5am and ending around 9am. On the weekend. Put down more rugs or add signage to respect neighbors, or something. Next, I’ve never, ever stayed somewhere that doesn’t provide coffee…hotel or Airbnb. No extra trash bags and one tiny can in kitchen, no trash cans in bedroom, no fans/noisemakers to drown out events and neighbors. No labels on toiletries in bathroom. Second bedroom was JUST big enough for the bed, which I’ve only experienced in NYC and my college dorm. Not ideal for adults looking for an adult space, but you’re almost there.

St Clair is a great place to stay. The area is very walkable, lots of nice restaurants. The Howser next door is a great place to relax being connected to the St Clair was a plus.

️Thank you for sharing your clean Air BnB hostel with me. I had a wonderful experience staying there. It was very clean and the people were friendly. It was within walking distance to several different places to eat which was nice. If I was to go back, I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

I absolutely loved my visit to St Clair. It was a beautiful old building fully renovated into a boutique hotel. The accommodations and decor were perfect. Will stay there many more times!! Downtown Frankfort had so much more than I expected.

I had an amazing stay here! This is a superb location in Eugene. You can walk to restaurants and shops downtown, but enjoy quiet when you need it. The house was no frills and shared bathrooms down the hall, but that was what was described, and the house was very clean. I had everything I needed. When I checked in, my room had not been cleaned from the previous guest, but I contacted the host and they were great about solving the issue. I was given a different and larger room that had been cleaned. I had a few issues getting into the house throughout my stay, my code kept not working which was annoying but the host was always able to help me out and get in. I was also able to store my luggage there before check-in and after check-out which was super helpful in coordinating with my flights.

Great place to stay in the historic area of Frankfort. Lots of bars, shops, and close to several distillery tours. Just be aware that there can be live bands or other events well into the night at the bars.

It was fun to stay at 376 Guest House. Private rooms ranging from singles up to suites. Bathrooms and kitchens down the hall. Even a game room, guest office, and an outside fire pit. Great neighborhood with everything you need in easy walking distance. Good value when compared to nearby comparable hotel spaces. Ryan was instantly responsive and even proactive on all communications. Next door is Pandita a taco and margarita restaurant. Highly recommended also.

Wonderful location and beautiful room. We went on an overnight girl trip. This location was very safe and secure. Walking distance to all the local amenities. Live music you could enjoy from your room. Room was spacious and very clean. Thank you for hosting our little getaway and being wonderful! We will for sure stay again.

Overall it was a good place to stay for what I needed. It felt very private, even with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was pretty much always empty and clean. The bed is very uncomfortable. It’s pretty hard and you can feel all the individual springs. I did find a foam pad in the closet that I put on the bed which made it significantly better. Luckily it was only me because the foam pad was twin size but the bed is a queen. Make sure you bring an eye mask, the blinds don’t fully cover the windows. Otherwise it was a fine room, quiet and easy to access.

Convenient & easy location for exploring the bourbon trail. The St. Clair is a great spot to stop, relax & visit Frankfort. Check in was no contact & seamless. The renovated building & rooms are really cool. We felt right at home. There are nice restaurant & coffee options just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

Unexpectedly travelled to Eugene and had to book something with a quick turn around time. This was such a great find and perfect for what I needed for the weekend. A single bedroom, shared bathroom and great surrounding/walkable area. Would recommend for anyone passing through Eugene or on a quick trip. All other guests were very quiet during my stay. I enjoyed bouncing around the local coffee shops and exploring the campus nearby

Great stay! It’s a short 30 min walk to the University or a quick bike ride. All guests were nice and respectful. No one was loud late at night. Rooms were as described. Kitchen and seating area were nice and clean. Original code to enter property did not work, but that was fixed quickly. I did not have any issues the rest of my stay. Really enjoyed my stay! Very nice area and nice host! Would stay again!
