I stayed here 3 weeks. First off, please understand that this is like a European hostel. It was centric, accommodating, easy to checkin, and economical. The desk in the room was a bit small but I was able to work remotely using the room provided tv as an extended monitor and they definitely had fast internet. I will say it’s a bit noisy at times for remote workers since there’s kids running around and people of all ages coming in and out at all hours but it got the job done. Shoutout to Sam, the manager for assisting me when I got locked out- super nice and attentive. I liked that they cleaned the restrooms often and the fact that I was able to do my laundry here. Perfect for anyone looking for an extended place to stay. Thanks for hosting me and I will definitely only stay here when I’m in town! Recommended

Positive: Easy to access — with no front desk, St Clair makes it very easy for you to access your space. Allocated parking in the garage across the street is a plus. The rooms themselves are lovely, well appointed, and stylish. Negative: The kitchen could use a few more items to make it more useable (oil, salt, pepper, etc). It would be nice to have more food options at the tavern downstairs so it was possible to get a meal for dinner.

The house has been renovated top to bottom and was just as described. The layout is fantastic, the fireplace was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy to prepare all of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This is an ideal place to come if you want to totally disconnect & relax. The Wi-Fi service was extremely weak so we could not connect to the internet. Our phones also went into SOS mode, so we had no network connection. Make sure you download the digital guidebook at home, so you have access to your door code & checkout instructions. There was no printed manual in the house. We were there for a mother daughter weekend, just the 4 of us so there was plenty of space. Since we were there in November, we did not utilize the fire pit or outdoor equipment to go out on the lake, but all of those amenities were available as described. This would be a great place to come back in the summer!

The cabin was secluded and in the mountains which was exactly what I wanted. It snowed a couple of times and was a beautiful sight to see. Many trails nearby. The home was well stocked, roomy, had all the amenities you could want and fast WiFi. Will definitely recommend

We spent about two months at Recreation's rental, and found to be incredibly responsive (often in a matter of minutes), kind and generous. The rental was well stocked, and in great condition. I would highly recommend this rental for a short or long stay in Queen Anne!

Stayed here the night before my wedding which was a 1 minute drive from the venue. Tons of street parking available so I could leave my car overnight and not worry about it. The backyard had one corner that my dog was able to get through, but the front yard was a separate fenced off area which worked out great for her too. The bathroom floors are heated and felt great; our dog enjoyed laying on them(: overall, great place to stay with friends or family and very accommodating for furry friends

The St. Clair is just charming!!! We loved the area … nice little shops, bakery, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The St Clair is exactly as advertised. It was clean and nicely decorated! We loved the local bar scene too!! Nice area! Fun little town!! Great communication with the St. Clair !!! I would highly recommend if you plan on visiting Frankfort !!

Centrally located and good value stay. The place is as described and check-in was smooth. The building is very much like a European hostel. I enjoyed my stay but I will warn others that it’s a bit too noisy to get any work done while there. With exception of one night (neighbor was changing tire at 3 am), I was able to sleep relatively well. Will be staying here again !

The house had gorgeous views and we loved watching the boats go by from the kitchen window and deck. Mountain and ocean views, lots of bird watching (including bald eagles), and a small beach access down the road for walking down to the water. It was very peaceful and quiet. A little out of the way from anything, but both Langley and Coupeville were only 15 minutes away. The host was very responsive and helpful in getting us access to the lower floor when our code didn’t work at first. We had a great weekend here!

The St Clair was gorgeous. We had a great view, plenty of space for a studio, exposed original brick and wood floors, and the bed was glorious. This is a 21+ only Airbnb and is made for couples or singles. STEPS away from two local coffee shops and a delectable bakery (go visit Miss B’s, you won’t be sorry!). The historical structures and markers had this history buff drooling! Bars and shops are right outside the door. Did I mention there’s room service with the tavern right downstairs?! Will definitely book again in the future!

Positive: The usage and modification of a historic building. The location was great, although I think there could be much more in that area when the city decides what the future is for the Historic Bridge. I was very disappointed when I found out it was not even open to pedestrian traffic! The area has unlimited potential for being a Really Great Place to stay with more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The fact that the Historic Bridge was closed, REALLY is hurting that area in my opinion. Living in an area that has reinvented itself in Carmel, IN., I've seen what doing things the right way, like pedestrian trails, promoting, and having a variety of things to do with a diversity feel about it snowball things exponentially! This area has unlimited potential if planned out and promoted the right way. Negative: Seemed like some of the area is just at a standstill with vacant old buildings and the bridge closed with no signage or information of its future of possibly reopening. People are drawn to water especially in historic areas. Seems like hearing from some of the locals during my stay, that there was no hurry or surprised to them that things are just at a standstill.... That doesn't seem like a positive public attitude for the area, which is sad because it does seem like it has great potential.

Great location in downtown Frankfurt. Five minutes from Buffalo Trace. The St. Clair is more of a studio apartment/hotel, just without a front desk. Great staff at the connected Howser Tavern downstairs. There is a private speakeasy for St. Clair guests with a secret entrance…just tell the bartender the password. Nice kitchenette if you need it, but there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Free parking in the garage across the street in marked spaces on the third floor. We had a great meal at Limewater on the way back from Buffalo Trace.

Overall, the stay was worth it for the price. The actual room I got was smaller than the pictures, but all I needed was a bed. Some spider webs on the ceiling and the overhead lighting buzzed really loud. Walls are thin, and lots of college students being active late at night. The house is better suited for young people. I saved money over a traditional hotel, so it was ultimately good for me. The host responded quickly to questions.

Ryan’s Airbnb was perfect for my 2 nights in Eugene. I came up to Eugene for a football game and could easily walk to the stadium, the Saturday market and tons of restaurants and bars near campus. My room was cozy but had everything I needed for the weekend. It was very clean, felt very secure, and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean as well and I never had an issue with them being locked or in use at any time. If you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay in the head of Eugene, this Airbnb is perfect for you.

We initially booked at a local hotel for our quick getaway to the bourbon trail. We found this hidden gem searching for a more relaxing atmosphere. The St Clair is in a perfect location in the downtown Frankfort area. The studio style apartment was exactly what we we needed for our needs. The bourbon bar in the St Clair was staffed with the friendliest people. We spent an evening sipping great pours and making new friends. A few secrets we discovered are the main reasons we will always return whenever we are in the area. Thank you for a great getaway!

Absolutely stunning unit with a gorgeous couch, comfy bed and a great shower. Unfortunately we booked on a night when the bar downstairs was closed for a private event and since that is where you have to go to gain access to the speakeasy and we weren't trying to crash someone's party, as much as I was looking forward to it, no speakeasy for us. And between the live band and the people partying outside in the street, there was no point in trying to watch TV or sleep until about midnight. The location is super walkable and the area has so many beautiful old buildings, some with amazing artwork pained on them, and plenty of places to eat or drink or snack and a bunch of cute little shops. . I would definitely stay again but only after confirming there wouldn't be a live band playing downstairs 😉

The place was just s described and shown in the photos. Very nice and loved the view from the second floor. Bedding was very luxurious and we were able to find both the parking and the place quite easily due to the detailed instructions. We were looking forward to checking out the bar downstairs, Howser, but they were having a private event for the evening so that didn’t work out. That turned out to be a bit of an issue at one point as it ended up being quite noisy so we went down the street to check out the Irish bar which we quite enjoyed. The hosts were unaware of the event and apologized for our inconvenience and also were able to make accommodations for us to check out a bit later so we could enjoy their lovely place a bit longer. I would recommend this location as it is quite central to walking the downtown and is a short drive to many other sights.

My husband and I normally stay on the other side of Frankfort for our annual trip but decided to try the downtown area this time. We are so glad that we did! It's a fantastic central location if you're exploring the Bourbon Trail. This space is exactly as described and was so unique! We loved the combination of new amenities and historic preservation of the space. The bar downstairs and the speakeasy were a great addition. My multiple questions were answered very quickly and kindly.

Fantastic place! We loved the location, walkable to all of downtown’s many restaurants and bars. Very close to Bourbon on the Banks. Close to several distilleries. The apartment was nicely decorated and had most anything you needed…hair dryers, irons, shampoo, conditioner, soap. We loved the HOWSER bar and the speakeasy. Would definitely stay here again.

The space was just as pictured, very open and well-decorated with easy check-in and check-out. The bed was very comfortable and TV was huge, and having the kitchen area was great! We could hear some noise/movement from our upstairs neighbors, and the couch was short on the back and a little too small for two people. Overall, we appreciated the quick communication and awesome location and would stay here again!

We loved the view. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We could not use the downstairs hide to bed. The sheets were not clean and there were spiders. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The studio room is nice and offers a lot! The water pressure was amazing, the bed and sofa were comfy. My only complaint is the noise level of other guests. You can really hear everything in this building and we could hear the street noise. The owners should consider providing ear plugs and or white noise machine.
